How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you create a new account, you automatically get 7 days of full access to all features — no credit card required. After the trial ends, you can subscribe to a paid plan to continue using SiteVoice AI.

How do I create a voice report?

Tap the green mic button on the home screen, select your project and report type, then tap "Start Recording." Just talk about what you see on site — our AI handles the rest. You can also take photos during recording. When you stop, the AI transcribes your audio and generates a professional PDF report.

What report types are available?

SiteVoice AI supports 6 report types: Site Diary Report, Builder's Report, Client Meeting Report, Safety Inspection Report, Progress Update, and Personal Journal. Each type produces a structured report tailored to that use case.

How do I send a report to my client?

After your report is generated, open the report detail page and tap the "Email" button. You can send the report (with PDF attachment) to any email address. You can also set up email recipients before recording in the setup screen.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! You can record audio and capture photos without an internet connection. When you reconnect, the app automatically syncs your recordings to the cloud for AI processing.

How do I create and send quotes?

Go to the Quotes tab, tap "Create Quote," and fill in the details — or use voice to describe the job. You can add materials, labor rates, photos, and videos. The AI can automatically match materials and labor from your voice description. Generate a PDF proposal and email it directly to your client.

Can I import my material and labor rates?

Yes! Go to Quotes > Rate Profile and use the CSV import feature to bulk-upload your materials and labor rates from a spreadsheet.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscription in the app and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can also contact us at contact@sitevoice.ai for assistance.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at contact@sitevoice.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request and permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), stored in secure cloud databases with row-level security, and your audio files are processed through industry-leading AI providers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
