Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SiteVoice AI mobile application ("App") operated by SiteVoice AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
SiteVoice AI is a voice-powered construction reporting platform that allows users to:
You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to App features. No credit card is required for the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the App.
We offer the following subscription tiers:
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using the App, including audio recordings, photographs, reports, quotes, and project data ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services (e.g., transcription, report generation, PDF creation, and email delivery).
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party.
The App uses artificial intelligence (AI) to transcribe audio, generate report content, and provide recommendations. You acknowledge that:

The App, including its design, code, branding, logos, and features, is owned by SiteVoice AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written consent.
The App integrates with third-party services including AssemblyAI, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Stripe, and SendGrid. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEVOICE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteVoice AI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
